You guys? I used to love, love coffee. Really and truly, I'd always have it every single day. Lately, though, it has been giving me massive anxiety. MASSIVE. I used to love, love cold brew and so I figured that maybe that was just too strong, and so this morning instead I had one small cup of hot coffee -- making sure that I had already had a bottle of water and also ate it with an apple and peanut butter because I had read that coffee on an empty stomach can increase anxiety -- and sure enough, I am now completely flipping out. Heart racing, feeling like the world is going to collapse around me... NOT FUN.
Has anyone else had this problem? Am I crazy? Like, coffee used to be fine and then all of a sudden it makes you flip out????
